ELIGIBLE PURCHASERS
Eligible Purchasers for the Lunchbox Lessons Store must be 18 years of age or older.

SALES TERITORY

The Lunchbox Lessons Store sells and ships products only after payment is verified. Due to shipping and customs issues, Lunchbox Lessons reserves the right to withhold shipment due to logistical and payment issues for areas outside the United States and its territories. If shipment is withheld by Lunchbox Lessons the purchaser shall not be charged any money and shall be notified of the non-shipment.

ELECTRONIC SOFTWARE DOWNLOAD PROCESS

Using a valid credit card, customers may select downloadable products for purchase at the Lunchbox Lessons Store. In order to insure that your Download is routed to the appropriate person, the purchaser must download the software/video at the time of purchase.
If, during download, the transmission is interrupted in any way, you can contact Lunchbox Lessons for a new download.
Should you have problems with the download, please contact Lunchbox Lessons Support at 307-462-4173.

Electronic Software Download Refund Policy: If you are unable to complete the transmission/download for any reason, you may request a credit to your account for your electronically downloaded software. Please contact Lunchbox Lessons Support at 307-462-4173 for refund requests. Refund requests for downloads must be received within 5 calendar days of the purchase date.
DEFECTIVE ITEMS

Third Party Products: If you discover what you believe is a product defect for any third-party product, please contact the manufacturer directly for information regarding the manufacturers' standard warranties. This information can be found with the shippers paperwork included in your delivery.

Note: Products sold through this Web site that do not bear the Lunchbox Lessons brand name are serviced and supported exclusively by their manufacturers in accordance with terms and conditions packaged with the products. Lunchbox Lessons does not warranty products that are not branded as Lunchbox Lessons, even if packaged or sold with Lunchbox Lessons products.

RETURN POLICY

Please note that Lunchbox Lessons only permits the return of unopened products due to shipping or order processing error and that all other sales are final. If you have received an incorrect product due to a Lunchbox Lessons shipping or order processing error, please use the following return process:
  • Please contact Sales Support at 1-307-462-4173 to request a Return Material Authorization (RMA) #. A RMA request must be made within 10 business days of receipt of the product in accordance with Lunchbox Lessons return policy.
  • If the RMA is approved, a RMA number will be issued. The support representative will also provide you with information on how to return the product to the appropriate supplier.
  • NOTE: We recommend that you do the following when returning product:
  • (1) use a carrier that offers shipment tracing for all returns and
  • (2) either insure your package for safe return or declare the full value of the shipment so that you are completely protected if the shipment is lost or damaged in transit.
  • If you choose not to use a carrier that offers tracing, and insure or declare the full value of the product, you will be responsible for the loss of damage to the product during shipping.
  • Products That Are Inoperable When Delivered: 
If you discover that your product is wholly inoperable when it is delivered to you, please call Customer Service within 10 business days of the invoice date. Customer Service will determine if it is appropriate to offer you a replacement product.This policy regarding units that are inoperable when delivered only applies to hardware products currently offered on the Lunchbox Lessons Store. As new products are offered, Lunchbox Lessons reserves the right to determine whether or not this policy applies. The policy does not apply to third party products that do not bear the Lunchbox Lessons brand name. You may call the manufacturer directly to discuss the third party product and their warrantee (if any) process.If Customer Service deems the product inoperable at delivery thirty days after the invoice date the manufacturers’ standard product warranty will apply.
PAYMENT METHODS

Credit Card

You may pay by credit card no matter which ordering method you use (Internet, fax, or phone). At the time your order is placed, Lunchbox Lessons obtains a pre-approval from the credit card company for the amount of the order. Credit card billing occurs when your order ships.
Lunchbox Lessons accepts Visa, MasterCard, and Discover cards.

Corporate Accounts

To enquire regarding corporate accounts, please call Lunchbox Lessons Customer Service.
SHIPPING OPTIONS
Method of shipment is determined by Lunchbox Lessons or by an authorized Third Party Supplier of Lunchbox Lessons. Orders shipped by UPS Ground Service generally arrive within 3-7 business days after shipping. Shipping charges are based on the total units of the order.
All shipments are on the following terms:
A) Title and risk of loss to all Product will pass to the Purchaser upon shipment;
B) Product warranties become effective upon shipment;
C) Lunchbox Lessons will invoice for the Product when the Product ships;
D) The Purchaser warrants that, in directing delivery to a location other than that associated with their billing address, they have obtained the addressee's permission to have the Product delivered as directed.

PRODUCTS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT

For products shipped pursuant to Lunchbox Lessons standard practices, Lunchbox Lessons will replace products returned due to damage in transit.
Claims & Payment Process: For all product damaged in transit, Purchaser must notify Customer Service (307-462-4173) within ten (10) business days from receipt of receiving damaged products.If Customer Service determines the product is subject to replacement, you must follow the Return Policy procedures and RMA requirements as set forth in our Return Policy above.Lunchbox Lessons will only ship replacement product to the Purchaser upon receipt of the damaged product.

PRICES The Lunchbox Lessons Store endeavors to offer you competitive prices on current education products. The price you will be charged is the price of the product when your invoice is printed which will include applicable shipping charges. Lunchbox Lessons reserves the right to change prices for products displayed on the Site at any time.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY Given the popularity of some products inventory levels may restrict the number of such items that you may purchase. Lunchbox Lessons or its authorized fulfillment provider will make every effort to ship your product within 5 (five) business days of receiving your order. However, due to changes in product availability this can vary. Lunchbox Lessons cannot guarantee specified delivery dates.
If Lunchbox Lessons is unable to ship your product within thirty days from the date Lunchbox Lessons receives your payment, we will notify you by email or telephone and provide more specific information.

PRODUCT WARRANTY

Third-party products are sold "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" by Lunchbox Lessons, but may be accompanied by their manufacturers' standard warranties. "AS IS" products are sold by Lunchbox Lessons as is and, to the fullest extent permissible by applicable law, Lunchbox Lessons disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including without limitation implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. If you have questions about any manufacturers' warranties that accompany such products displayed on this Site, please contact the manufacturer directly.

Lunchbox Lessons reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of sale at the Lunchbox Lessons Store at any time.
Wyoming law governs all sales at the Lunchbox Lessons Store, without giving effect to its conflict of law provisions.
No Lunchbox Lessons employee or agent has the authority to vary any of the Lunchbox Lessons Store's policies or the terms and conditions governing any sale.
